Glamour sisters gift cards are perfect when shopping for upcoming special occasions – Christmas, birthdays, even anniversaries – or perhaps for a new mum to pop in and pamper herself with some lovely products or a salon service.

Everybody needs hair products, and hairdressing services, including guys! A hair salon gift voucher is a fantastic present for the hard-to-buy-for bloke.

  1. We do not accept unauthorised returns of hair extensions or any other product. If you receive your purchase and you are in any way unsatisfied with it, please contact us.
  2. Please also note, once the hair has been removed from its original packaging or any product that has been opened and used, we are unable to accept a return. If you have been authorised to return any product(s) it MUST be returned in its ORIGINAL CONDITION within 7 days of receipt. The postage is non-refundable. Please note that the returned item(s) is your responsibility until it reaches us.
  3. We, therefore, advise you to send all returned items by registered or by signed/tracked postage that will ensure your goods to their value and can provide you with tracking solutions should any problem arise. We are not liable for items that do not arrive to us or are deemed lost by postage. 
  4. No refund will be given for returned items that we do not receive. Should a problem arise with your sent item and you have used a signed/tracked postage service, they will be able to locate your item.
  5. Please contact them for help. We will issue a full product refund on receipt, or exchange the item for a different length/colour if preferred. Please note: THIS DOES NOT APPLY TO ITEMS OR PRODUCTS THAT HAVE BEEN OPENED AND IN ANY WAY TRIED ON OR USED IN ACCORDANCE WITH GLOBAL HYGIENE LEGISLATIONS AND OUR TERMS AND CONDITIONS.
  6. The return of a hair product is not accepted should the item show evidence of being opened or in any way tried on, used or worn. Upon quality inspection, should an item be returned to us in any of these stated conditions, we will not accept it and no exchange or refund will be issued.
  7. The returned items or products must be unopened and in the same conditions as when you received them. All packaging and labels must be intact and in no way cut or damaged. All returns must comply with these guidelines and will undergo a quality inspection upon return.
  8. If you require a different product (rather than a different length or colour of the same product) you will need to place a new order online provided it is in stock and return the original item in accordance with our terms and conditions for refund.
  9. If a discount was applied to your original order, the amount refunded will be adjusted to allow for the revised order value and appropriate discount level. If you are not satisfied with any order or quality after the 7 days, we will not issue a refund.
