Terms & Conditions

1. We do not accept unauthorised returns of hair extensions or any other product. If you receive your purchase and you are not completely satisfied with it, please contact us.

2. Once the hair, or any other product, has been removed from its original packaging, we are unable to accept a return.

3. If you have been authorised to return a product(s) to us it MUST be returned in its ORIGINAL CONDITION within 14 days of receipt.

Please note, the cost of postage of returns is non-refundable and the returned item(s) is your responsibility until it reaches us.

4. We therefore advise you to send any returned item by registered mail or another signed/tracked delivery/courier service that insures your goods to their value and provides you with tracking solutions should any problem arise.

5. We are not liable for items that do not arrive with us or are deemed lost by postage. 

6. No refund will be provided for returned items that we do not receive. Should a problem arise with your sent item and you have used a signed/tracked postal/delivery/courier service, we advise you to contact the relevant service for assistance in tracking the item.

7. We will issue a full product refund on receipt of an unopened, returned product or exchange the item for a different length or colour to the same value as your initial purchase if preferred. Please note, in accordance with global hygiene legislation and our terms and conditions, no refund or exchange will be provided for items or products that have been opened or items that have been tried on or used in any way.

8. The return of a hair product is not accepted is the item shows evidence of being opened or in any way tried on, used, or worn. Upon quality inspection, should an item be returned to us in any of these stated conditions, we will not accept it and no exchange or refund will be issued.

9. Returned items or products must be unopened and in the same condition as when you received them. All packaging and labels must be intact and in no way cut or damaged. All returns must comply with these guidelines and will undergo thorough quality inspection upon return.

If you require a different product (other than a different length or colour of the same product) you will need to place a new order online, provided it is in stock, and return the original item in accordance with our terms and conditions for refund.

10. If a discount was applied to your original order the amount refunded will be adjusted to allow for the revised order value and appropriate discount level. If you are not satisfied with any order or quality after the 14 days, we will not issue a refund.

*Please complete all required fields to proceed with the order smoothly.

*Customers take full responsibility for all and any costs incurred due to any incorrect details on the order form.

*Shipping information will be unchangeable once orders are on their way to the delivery address.

*Products marked as delivered will not be resent by the company.

*In the event of any missing package/s, customers are to contact the relevant postal service/courier company that handled the shipment.

*Shipping times may vary in certain conditions. Glamour Sisters provides estimated times only. These times may or may not be affected by unexpected circumstances during delivery.

*Shipments on the same-day option will require your signature.
